Jenna is from and lives in Nova Scotia and was encouraged from her early years to go into art school. Through her education at NSCAD Jenna fell into the art form of film and animation through its diverse collaborations of the visual, audio and sensory art forms.

Through the program Hot House through the National Film Board and her life long love of working with her hands Jenna felt a passion rise in her for the art form of animation, especially that of stop motion filmmaking and she has continued to harness and hone the art form into her own unique path.

Amanda Baiocco
she/her
Sound Therapist & Energy Worker

Amanda takes her passion with nervous system, energy and mindset awareness into all aspects her services, business and life. She is certified through the Institute of Traditional Medicine in Toronto as a Sound Therapist among other various certification levels. While also running her individual business she joined founder of Fiends to co-run the business.

Amanda works to uphold her values in community, connection and in being trauma informed, how it impacts us all uniquely and using the social justice lens to view that trauma in the healing process.

Amanda starts her days with a child pose for an average of five to ten minutes as a way to ground herself.

Boutique owners of KC Label

This lovely mother and daughter-in-law duo started their small boutique business after getting momentum from the masks they were making for friends and family.

Cora being a full time masters student, often works on her side of the business in the evenings and Karen during the day or whenever she sees she has time for it. Their approach is to go at a pace that fits their day and life in the moment.

Both Cora and Karen are passionate about keeping their business model light, part time and full of fun.

Rebecca MacDonald

Real Estate Agent

Rebecca ‘end goal’ was to become a real estate agent. With the awareness that there were going to be barriers due to her young age, at the time, and the constant ups and downs of the housing market, Rebecca grew other skill sets (graduating as an American Sign Language Interpreter) while also keeping real estate as something to study and grow into.

When asked about her values in the work she does, for Rebecca it all comes down to honesty. She treats her clients like family members and says she remains transparent for them. She recognizes that she is able to observe and take note of her clients values, long and short term goals. She looks for her them to be excited and at peace with their decisions.

What it all comes down to for Rebecca:

She protects her clients interests like she would her own.
